Packaging & Dispatch
All orders placed before 2:30pm (AEST) that do not require further information, customisation or a specialist freight service are dispatched on that same business day. Barchie Australia will provide a lead time as accurate as possible on placement of your order based on the information provided by the freight service on the day of dispatch. Should there be any delay in dispatching your order, Barchie Australia will advise you as soon as possible after being made aware of any possible issues.

Barchie Australia offers the following delivery information. Please note, this information may change without notice.
- Bulky, oversize or overweight packages may incur extra freight charges. Every attempt will be made to advise the customer of extra delivery charges prior to dispatch.
- Delivery charges to regional areas, remote locations or destinations which are not accessible will attract extra freight costs.
- Barchie Australia will provide as much accurate information to customers regarding freight costs and lead times as possible however once shipment are dispatched, control of freight is limited and delivery times may vary.
- Delivery routes and times may cary during major weather or unprecedented events out of the control of Barchie Australia.
Samples & Single Packages
For samples or single small orders with a total weight of less than one kilogram (1kg) freight charge will equal $13.00 plus GST.
