Barchie Australia Warranty
Barchie Australia lifetime warranty on all our new cabinet handles, knobs. pulls and handleless products. We aim to make any warranty claim as easy as possible.

For a return and exchange or refund under warranty, please contact Barchie Australia by email and provide the following:
- Purchase order number or Barchie Australia invoice number relating to the fault products.
- Quantity of faulty products to be claimed under warranty.
- Images of faulty products and defects to be claimed under warranty.
Products can be returned to Barchie Australia by courier, mail or delivered to our store. the return freight costs are bourne by the customer and will be credited should the warranty claim be approved.
Following an inspection and assessment for defects, the warranty claim will be approved or denied. Should the warranty claim be approved, an exchange or refund will be processed immediately with associated documentation provided to the customer. Please allow time, generally three (3) days, for:
- Replacement products to be dispatched and shipped to your location.
- Any refund to be processed through merchant services. Barchie Australia is unable to control the merchant payment system.
If the warranty claim is approved, Barchie Australia will request the faulty products to be returned to our location for investigation and assessment as part of our quality control process. Costs associated with return freight will be borne by Barchie Australia.
The following will not be approved under warranty:
- Claims in which purchase documentation cannot be provided.
- Any product outside of the warranty period.
- Sale items.
- Custom of special order products.
- Normal wear and including regular use.
- Product which have not been installed by a qualified tradesperson.
- Products which have not been maintained in accordance with the Barchie Australia Care & maintenance instructions.
- Products which have undergone repairs or alterations.
- Use of products other than in accordance with the expected and reasonable use.
- Accidental damage caused by environment factors such as:
- Discolouration by ultraviolet light.
- Tarnishing by environmental conditions such as coastal or high moisture areas.
- Damage caused by hot or cold environments.
- Damage caused by exceptional circumstance.
- Products not purchased from Barchie Australia or authorised partner.
- Products purchased from outside Australia.
