Barchie Australia Refund & Returns Policy
Barchie Australia offers a lifetime warranty on our new cabinet handles, knobs, pulls and handleless products.
We aim to make any returns, exchanges and refunds as easy as possible and are happy to accept returns and exchanges within the terms of this refund and retuns policy.
Please see the following refund and returns policy requirements should a return, exchange or refund be needed.
For a return and exchange or refund of all products, please contact Barchie Australia by email and provide the following:
- Purchase order number of Barchie Australia invoice number.
- Quantity of products required for the return and exchange or refund.
- Images of any defective products for a defect or warranty claim.
Goods received incorrectly return and exchange or refund such as incorrect product or quantity:
- Images with the above information to be sent to BArchie Australia iva email or mobile phone SMS.
- Barchie Australia will deliver any incorrectly supplied products to the original delivery address and arrange collection and return of the inforrect products at no cost to the customer.
Change of mind return and exchange or refund:
- Products can be returned by courier, mail or delivered to our store without damage in a saleable condition.
- Return freight costs are borne by the customer.
- Exchange freight costs are borne by the customer.
Defective product return and exchange or refund:
- Images with the above information to be sent to Barchie Australia via email or mobile phone MMS.
- Products can be returned by courier, mail or delivered to store.
- Return freight costs are borne by the customer. Should the return be approved, freight costs will be credited to the customer.
Warranty claim return and exchange or refund:
- Images with the above information to be sent to Barchie Australia via email or mobile phone MMS.
- Products can be returned by courier, mail or delivered to our store.
- Return freight costs are borne by the customer. Should the return be approved, freight costs will be credited to the customer.
Once the products have been returned to Barchie Australia and following an inspection for damages or assessment of defects on all returns, the return will be approved or denied. Should the return be approved, a refund will be processed immediately with refund documentation provided to the customer. Please allow time, generally three (3) days, for any refund to be processed through merchant services, Barchie Australia is unable to control the merchant payment system.
The following will not be approved for a return and exchange or refund:
- All returned, exchanged and refunded products must be part of the current range of Barchie Australia handles, knobs, pulls and handleless products at the time of the return, exchange or refund.
- Damaged or used items excluding defective product or warranty claim.
- Products which are not in their original condition.
- Sale items.
- Custom or special-order products.
- Normal wear and tear including regular use.
- Products which have not been installed by a qualified tradesperson.
- Products which have not been maintained in accordance with the maintenance guide.
- Products which have undergone repairs or alterations.
- Use of products other than in accordance with their expected and reasonable use.
- Accidental damage caused by environmental factors such as:
- Discolouration by ultraviolet light.
- Tarnishing by environmental conditions such as coastal or high moisture areas.
- Damage caused by hot or cold environments.
- Damage caused by exceptional circumstance.
- Products purchased other than from Barchie Australia or authorised partner.
- Products purchased from outside Australia.
