Barchie Australia Refund & Returns Policy

For a return and exchange or refund of all products, please contact Barchie Australia by email and provide the following:

  • Purchase order number or Barchie Australia invoice number.
  • Quantity of products required for a return, and exchange or refund.
  • Images of any defective or faulty product for a warranty claim.

Requirements for return of goods received incorrectly such as incorrect product or quantity.

  • Images with the above information to be sent to Barchie Australia via email or mobile phone MMS.

Requirements for approval of a return and refund for change of mind:

  • Products must be returned without damage or use in saleable condition.
  • Return freight costs to be borne by the customer.

Requirements for approval of a return and refund of defective product:

  • Images with the above information to be sent to Barchie Australia via email or mobile phone MMS.

Requirements for approval of a return and refund for a warranty claim:

  • Images with the above information to be sent to Barchie Australia via email or mobile phone MMS.

Once the products have been returned to Barchie Australia and following an inspection for damages or assessment of defects, the return will be approved or denied.  Should the return be approved, a refund will be processed immediately with refund documentation provided to the customer. Please allow time, generally three (3) days, for any refund to be processed through merchant services, Barchie Australia is unable to control the merchant payment system.

The following will not be approved for a return and exchange or refund:

  • Damaged or used items excluding defective product under warranty.
  • Product which are not in their original or saleable condition.
  • Sale items.
  • Custom or special-order products.
  • Normal wear and tear including regular use.
  • Products which have not been installed by a qualified tradesperson.
  • Products which have not been maintained in accordance with the maintenance guide.
  • Products which have undergone repairs or alterations.
  • Use of products other than in accordance with their expected and reasonable use.
  • Accidental damage caused by environmental factors such as:
    • Discolouration by ultraviolet light.
    • Tarnishing by environmental conditions such as coastal or high moisture areas.
    • Damage caused by hot or cold environments.
  • Damage caused by an exceptional circumstance.
  • Products purchased other than from Barchie Australia or authorised partner.
  • Products purchased outside Australia.
