Sale Items Terms of Trade
Sale and clearance items are offered by Barchie Australia at reduced pricing to clear discontinued, excess, or end-of-line stock. As such, the following terms and conditions apply:
- No Returns or Exchanges - Sale items are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless deemed faulty or not as described.
- Limited Availability - All sale stock is subject to availability and sold on a “while stocks last” basis. No backorders or rain checks.
- No Further Discounts - Trade discounts, promotional codes, or negotiated pricing does not apply to sale items unless explicitly stated or pre-approved by Barchie Australia.
- Condition of Goods - Items are sold as-is. Minor cosmetic imperfections, packaging damage, or finish variations may be present and are not considered faults.
- Order Finality - Once an order is placed and confirmed, changes or cancellations are not be possible due to limited stock allocation.
- Warranty - No warranty is offered on sale items.
- Freight & Handling - Standard freight charges and delivery terms apply unless otherwise specified.
